Anthony Ekabua - CEO

As the visionary leader at the helm of affairs at Crushberry, Anthony brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in driving business growth and innovation. With a strategic mindset and a passion for excellence, Anthony is dedicated to leading Crushberry towards new heights in the ever-evolving landscape of Global Trade, Food/Retail and Wellness industry.

Anthony boasts an impressive background in business with a career spanning 18 years. Prior to assuming the role of CEO at Crushberry Group, Anthony held key positions at renowned organizations home and abroad such as NNPC Limited, Daewoo Engineering & Construction, Premiere Peoples Consulting UK, T-mobile UK etc. This journey has equipped Anthony with a deep understanding of market dynamics, emerging trends, business automation and the ability to navigate complex business challenges.

At the core of Anthony’s leadership philosophy is a commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, automation and continuous improvement. He believes in empowering Crushberry’s talented team to unleash their full potential, driving collective success and delivering exceptional value to clients and stakeholders.

Anthony holds an MSC in Data Communications & Networks from University of Hertfordshire UK and a BSc in Computer Science from University of Calabar, Nigeria.

Efe Efangwu – Head HR

Efe is a dynamic and strategic HR leader with a proven track record of driving organizational excellence through the development and implementation of innovative HR initiatives. She brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development, contributing to the overall success and growth of Crushberry.

With over 14 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, Efe has held key HR roles in both large enterprises and fast-paced startups. Before joining Crushberry she played a pivotal role at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and Merck Pharmaceuticals where she successfully implemented strategic HR programs that enhanced employee satisfaction and contributed to business success.

Efe champions a people-centric approach to HR, recognizing that employees are the most valuable asset of any organization. She believes in fostering a positive work culture, where diversity and inclusion thrive, and every team member is empowered to achieve their full potential. Efe is known for developing and leading high-performing HR teams that align with the overall business strategy.

Efe holds a Degree in Business Psychology from The University of East London UK and a Bsc in Public Administration from the University of Ekpoma. She continuously seeks professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HR.

Efe is known for her approachable demeanor, active listening skills, and commitment to understanding and addressing the needs of employees. She is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive workplace that fosters collaboration and innovation.

Benshak Ladan – Head Business Development UK

Benshak is a strategic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and fostering lasting client relationships. With a keen understanding of market trends and a passion for creating value, Benshak leads Crushberry in exploring new business opportunities and expanding its presence in the dynamic landscape of the food & retail industry in Uk

With over 10 years of experience in business development Ben has held pivotal roles in esteemed organizations, including Trident Group UK, University of Birmingham, Samsung. He has consistently demonstrated expertise in identifying market gaps, formulating effective strategies, and executing initiatives that contribute to sustainable business growth.

Benshak understands the importance of aligning business development strategies with the overall goals of Crushberry and will be bringing his past roles experience to bear.

Benshak holds an MBA in International Business from Birmingham City University, An MA in international relations from University of Birmingham and a BA in International law from Babcock university.

Boniface Nnaemeka – Head of Operations Nigeria

Emeka is a seasoned and results-driven professional with a proven track record of optimizing organizational efficiency and driving operational excellence. With a strategic mindset and a meticulous approach, Emeka is dedicated to ensuring seamless operations, enhancing productivity, and contributing to the overall success of Crushberry.

With over 12 years of experience in operations management, Emeka has held key leadership roles in both established corporations and dynamic startups. Prior to joining Crushberry, he played instrumental roles at Cold Stone Creamery, Alyce Ice Creamery, Pizzarama,  where he successfully implemented strategies that streamlined processes, reduced costs, and improved overall operational performance.

Emeka is a results-oriented leader who believes in a collaborative and data-driven approach to operations. He is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency. Emeka understands the importance of aligning operational strategies with the broader goals of Crushberry, driving cross-functional collaboration and achieving sustainable growth.

Under Emeka’s leadership, Crushberry has achieved notable successes in operational efficiency. He has implemented process optimizations, cost-saving initiatives, and strategic resource management strategies, contributing to the overall success and profitability of Crushberry.

Emeka holds a bachelors degree from Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi.

Emeka Mbah – Import/Export Coordinator

Emeka is a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with extensive expertise in managing the complexities of international trade. Leveraging a comprehensive understanding of customs regulations, logistics, and documentation, Emeka plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across borders for Crushberry.

A graduate of Business Management & Administration with over 10years of hands-on experience in import-export coordination, Emeka has successfully navigated the intricacies of global trade. He has previously worked with Zeresa Farms, gaining valuable insights into customs compliance, logistics coordination, and supply chain optimization.

Over the years, Emeka has achieved significant milestones in import-export coordination. He has successfully minimized shipping delays, reduced costs, and enhanced overall operational efficiency.

Known for his proactive and collaborative approach, Emeka excels in building relationships with suppliers, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders. He is dedicated to ensuring the timely and compliant movement of goods to support Crushberry’s global business objectives.
